During my tenure at Aon, I saw an opportunity for some static material to be turned into something more dynamic and contemporary, so I took it upon myself to learn After Effects. Once I had developed adequate proficiency, I shared my new skill set with marketing, explaining what I could do and the types of new deliverables we might consider as a result.
